Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Here's exactly how delivery, charges and tracking work.

Delivery across India

Standard shipping (2–4 business days) is free on all orders over ₹199. Orders below that ship for a flat ₹99.

Orders placed before 2 PM IST ship the same business day. Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.

We deliver to all pincodes serviced by our courier partners. You can check pincode availability before payment.

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking via Cashfree. Cash on Delivery is not available.

All prices on the site are inclusive of GST (18%). No hidden charges are added at checkout.

An itemised GST invoice is emailed to you automatically after payment.

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive your tracking link by email the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, write to official@solvio.fun and a human will sort it within a day.

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we send a free replacement immediately after the courier confirms it. We keep the risk, not you.
