If a Solvio product doesn't solve the problem you bought it for, we'll make it right. No interrogation, no restocking fees.
The 60-day guarantee
Every product carries a 60-day, no-questions money-back guarantee. Live with it, use it properly, and if it isn't working for you, return it for a full refund to the original payment method.
We'll even cover the return pickup. Start a return by replying to your order confirmation email with 'Return'.
How to return
Reply to your order confirmation email with 'Return', or write to returns@solvio.com with your order number.
We'll schedule a reverse pickup from your address. Once picked up, your refund lands in 3–5 business days in the account or UPI you paid with.
Consumer rights
Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected by this guarantee. Nothing here replaces your statutory rights.
Lifetime repair for wear
Durable goods (wallets, packs, lamps) carry a lifetime repair policy. If it fails through normal use, we fix or replace it — free, forever.
